This contents page is fun and bright as the colours used are yellows and whites. This is affective as the purpose of this page is for a college magazine as this attracts many readers. There is no main image however the smaller images have a positive effect as it makes the reader look more closely. This magazine has a positive effect on the reader as this shows the reader what college life is like and so helps the people who choose to go to college decide if this is the place they should study at.
The layout of the contents page is simple but unconventional like the last which could show how this college breaks the mould and shows creativity of the people joining the college. It also shows the creativity of who ever created the magazine. On usual magazines the page references would usually be on the right hand side but this breaks the rules and shows that just because you break the rules does not mean it can’t be fun and attractive.
